Welcome to Church Innovations!
Home of Partnership for Missional Church and Church FutureFinder

As one year ends and a new one begins, it is natural to look back for a moment and ponder those we've lost in recent days. We want to mention two persons:

Dr. Johannes (Jannie) Swart
, our friend, our former staff colleague, great laborer for the end of apartheid in South Africa, tremendous intellect and promising academic leader, most recently professor of world mission and evangelism at Pittsburgh Seminary. He was a tough critic, and he loved helping individuals and local churches discern God's particular calling for them. He died of a heart attack while playing Frisbee with his students. He was 51.

Mrs. Ella Keifert, mother of CI's founder and president, Patrick Keifert. She was a woman of definite opinions, and she may have wondered why her son poured his labor and energy into a little consulting and research organization instead of focusing solely on his systematic theology academic work. She rarely visited CI, although she often came to town, but she generously sent financial support to Church Innovations Institute. Her battle with cancer ended peacefully December 30, with her children by her side. She was 82.

These two will surely be missed.

Church Innovations Has Moved: Church Innovations moved into new office space. Our new office is in Elim Lutneran Church in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Click here for a map to our current location and complete contact information.

We provide a number of services for congregations, church bodies, seminaries, judicatories and other mid-level governing bodies.  Our flagship product, Partnership for Missional Church, is an intensive, multi-year process of deep change leading congregations to become more missional.

Church FutureFinder is an on-line research tool that allows you to better understand your congregation and how it relates to its community.

Visit our services section for a complete description of our offerings.
